アンカーロープのボトム用ウェイトベルトです。
フリーダイビングでは、フロート練習などをする際にロープをつかんで潜降するトレーニングなどがあるためロープがたゆまないよう多くのウェイトをアンカーロープのボトムに取り付けます。

ボトムウェイト用ベルトは重量のあるウェイトを吊るすだけの強度と、カラビナを取り付けやすい仕様になっており、一般的なウェイトベルトより扱いやすい。

This is a weight belt for the bottom of the anchor rope.
In freediving, many weights are attached to the bottom of the anchor rope to prevent the rope from sagging during float training and other training exercises.

Bottom weight belts are strong enough to hang heavy weights and are designed for easy attachment of carabiners, making them easier to handle than ordinary weight belts.
