主にノーフィン種目で使用するラニヤード、腰に装着することで手をかいて泳ぐ際に邪魔になりません。ウィズフィン、バイフィン競技でも手につけることがわずらわしい場合はウェストラニヤードでも問題なく使用できます。

Lanyards are mainly used in no-fin events and are worn around the waist so that they do not get in the way when swimming with your hands. The West Lanyard can also be used in with-fin and bi-fin competitions if wearing it on the hands is bothersome.
Product Description
Octopus CNF straps: a combination of safety, efficiency, and comfort. Hydrodynamic and ergonomic, this belt always stays on your waist, no matter what. It is made using only high-quality components, from the ultralight carbon composite polymer carabiner to the 100 cm plastic-coated stainless steel cable and the strong, water-resistant marine grade polyester belt. The stainless steel quick release also includes an innovative easy-to-grip tag. Designed and tested by Swiss record holder Pascal Burger (-131m VWT). Swiss made, for quality you can trust.
Reduced Drag The use of a thin, strong belt significantly reduces drag during freefall. At only 1 mm thick, it can withstand loads of over 500 kg and is made of soft and pleasant to the touch polyester. Carabiner cables only 3 mm in diameter also contribute to a significant reduction in drag.
Waist Placement A simple and efficient fastening system between the legs allows for quick clipping and prevents the belt from moving up the waist during free fall when the suit is compressed. This “AUTOLOCK” system does not require excessive tension on the elastic band, but keeps it in place softly and comfortably without friction between the legs.
Adjustable Sizes The front and rear buckles can be precisely positioned to fit your body shape. Same with the elastic band which can be cut once the proper length is measured (test on your own body first).
